June's events

My blog will most likely be a catch up. I'll re-cap some of the happenings in June.

We enjoyed Lake Powell the 3rd week of June. Lychelle didn't come down with her 3 girls this year - too stressful at this age.

Jim was nominated and was a finalist in the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the year. He went through lots of interviews and had great press for Xactware. If you find a magazine "Utah Business".com - they have a nice recap of the event. We all got to dress up be with about 1000 other "acadamy awards" looking people at the Salt Palace. ( Jim's oldest- Lindsey got to go) Isn't she growing up to be a doll. It was a fun evening. I had a group shot of all of us taken but haven't gotten it back. If it turns out I'll include that later.
I'm loving reading the posts from everyone - this reminds me of long ago when we would all send letters to Mom (Grandma Childs) monthy, she would make copies and send them off to everyone. Staying in touch! And even the Ensign last month talked about how to use the internet in a positive way....

I love that you started a blog! It is a postive way to use the internet and so much fun to see what ever one is up to and feel connected to family far away!
